Exchange and return
If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you always have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Send the completed return form along with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not completed in full, we will not be able to process the return request.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with tags and labels attached. The product should not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if it is suspected that the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Once the product has been received in our warehouse, it will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is ordered.
If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact our customer service.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Obligations to process the refund
– Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, hair cream, etc. are not covered by’s hygienic return policy. Therefore, these products cannot be returned and will not be processed.

Provide the return shipment with a track and trace code (own expense)
Send a photo of the track and trace code on the day of shipment by e-mail

– The return form must be printed and attached to the package
– The product must be shipped in unused condition
– The product must be delivered in its original packaging
– The product will be inspected for damage caused by the customer and therefore shipment of a damaged product through your fault will not be accepted.

If the above conditions are not met, the return shipment will not be processed.
