Q: When can I expect my order?

Answer: The average delivery time is 12-15 days. But due to the corona pandemic, some shipping may cause delays. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to make significant savings on storage and transportation costs, and we can offer the products at a lower price than our competitors and bear the shipping costs ourselves.

Q: The estimated delivery time has been exceeded, where is my order?

Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed during the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

Have you not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date? Contact us.

Q: I am missing some products in my order. How is this possible?

Answer: Since we work with different suppliers, products can be shipped separately. If products are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.

Q: Do I pay the shipping cost?
Answer: Yes, client will pay the cost for shipping.

Exchange and return

Q: I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?

Answer: Yes. You can return any order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Q: I want to return an item. What should I do?

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. The products must be returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. The product should not show any signs of use.

A return shipment must always be provided with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

As soon as we have received the returned goods, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days.
